Tasks
  • Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes with consistency and attention to detail.
  • Oversee food prep, quality control, and sanitation.
  • Ensure high standards of food hygiene and follow proper safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team on plating, presentation, and workflow.
  • Contribute to new recipe ideas and seasonal menu planning.
  • Support junior staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial kitchens or restaurants (international experience is a plus!).
  • Strong foundation in food prep, plating, and safe food handling.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for day and weekend shifts.
  • Current Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain one).
