INK ENTERTAINMENT GROUP in Toronto is seeking experienced bartenders for a new supperclub concept. You will engage guests, present beverage options, and contribute to a memorable dining experience with a high-end service standard.

Requirements include 3+ years as a bartender in a fast-paced setting, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work varied hours including weekends and holidays. Ink offers discounts and a fun team culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Capture guest menu selections and present beverage preferences engagingly.
• Explain/romance the menu concept and style to guests.
• Anticipate guest needs; replenish mise en place, refill glasses, maintain tables.
• Respect; teamwork and collaborative service.
• Work safely; monitor cleanliness of your section and ensure all areas are clean and safe.
• Adapt from dinner service to a fast-paced late-night environment.

Job Description

TheBARTENDERis responsible for capturing guest menu selections and presenting the food and beverage preferences in an engaging way. TheBARTENDERleads in delightful conversation and creates the restaurant experience by their style and service attributes. If you have experience as aBARTENDERin a busy restaurant, we'd love to hear from you!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Genuine is the best; a memorable dining experience is always the focus, created by the art of service
• Knowledge is power; answer questions about food, beverage, wine, and other restaurant functions and services; explain/romance the menu concept and style
• Anticipate guest needs; replenish mise en place, refill glasses, fold napkins, stay on top of table maintenance
• Respect; no request is too difficult; teamwork makes the dreamwork
• Work safely; monitor the cleanliness of your section and ensure all material and areas are safe and free from clutter
• Anility to switch from Dinner Service to Fast paced late night environment

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years minimum experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced high end environment
• A positive, energetic outlook and a passion for food and beverage
• A strong sense of urgency to satisfy the needs of others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays, if required
