Banff Hospitality Collective is seeking Experienced Bartenders to join our team at Three Bears in Banff. Enjoy a vibrant venue with a stargazing retractable roof, beer garden and 25-foot pine tree while serving guests with beer brewed on site.

Bring ProServe, cocktail-bartending experience, and a high-volume service mindset. Flexible hours, strong teamwork, and excellent communication are valued as you help deliver great hospitality in one of Canada's iconic national parks.

Qualifications

• ProServe certification required.
• Cocktail bartending experience expected.
• Experience with high-volume service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bartenders prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and provide hospitality.
• Engage with guests, take orders, and make recommendations.
