Position: Multifamily Residential Construction Electrician - Lead Hand / Fire Alarm Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Install and repair electrical systems in multifamily residential buildings
2. Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards
3. Collaborate with other trades to coordinate work and ensure project deadlines are met
4. Troubleshoot electrical issues and develop effective solutions
5. Communicate effectively with project managers, supervisors, and team members

Qualifications:

1. 2 years minimum Red Seal Journeyman Electrician certification
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily residential construction
3. Strong understanding of electrical systems and components
4. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
8. Proven track record in leading professional tradespeople
9. Experience in fire protection is an asset
