Schedule & Availability

• Must be available for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• High‑volume, fast‑paced environment where shifts stay busy and engaging
• Hours of Operation:
  • Sunday: 10am–7pm
  • Monday–Saturday: 9am–8pm

What You’ll Do

• Create a warm, welcoming guest experience from check‑in to check‑out
• Confidently recommend upgrades and drive membership and sales performance
• Book, adjust, and manage appointments accurately in a fast‑paced system
• Handle guest payments and transactions with attention to detailMaintain boutique standards before, during, and after shifts
• Support team members and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
