Job description

This is a full-time, long-term, fully remote position.

We are a product company, hiring globally in Asia, the US, Canada, and LATAM for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on project briefs, scoping, and user research for feature design decisions, ensuring usability and consistency across all UX design.
• Create and test wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
• Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to collect data and feedback, build, and test product feature designs.
• Be a self-starter and a team player, keen on mentoring others and growing your own skill set within a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in UX/product design for SaaS with 100K+ monthly users.
• Thorough understanding of design approaches, including journey maps, wireframes/click-throughs, dynamic prototypes, and user flows.
• Proficiency in design-related tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe, Sketch, Miro).

Nice to Have:

• Experience in e-commerce or tech startup.
• Team lead experience.
