A leading hotel group is seeking an Executive Sales Manager for the new Townplace Suites in Tecumseh. The role involves leading sales initiatives, conducting site inspections, and developing client relationships, while fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion. Ideal candidates will have corporate and Marriott experience, along with strong sales and communication skills.

As our Executive Sales Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for conducting site inspections, maximizing sales, and coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth account handling. You'll give persuasive sales presentations, travel locally and regionally to promote our hotel, and develop new business. You’ll also meet with and entertain clients, while keeping clear communication with our hotel operations team. Plus, you’ll tackle various sales and catering tasks as needed.

We’re looking for someone with experience in corporate, group, and SMERF market segments, who loves engaging with clients and providing excellent service. You should be confident in preventing and resolving problems, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work well with a motivated team. Strong administrative, time-management, interpersonal, and communication skills are a must, along with being organized and detail-oriented. Pre-opening experience for a new hotel would be an asset.
Required Skills & Abilities
- Minimum 3 years in a sales manager or above capacity
- Marriott brand experience highly desired
- Corporate Business experience required
