We're looking for a motivated professional to work closely with our internal operations teams and key operational sites. In this exciting position, you'll lead the implementation of critical security initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the maintenance of robust protective measures. What you will do :
  • Conduct site-level assessments, prepare reports, and collaborate with partners to enhance existing programs and standards.
  • Engage in Executive Protection assignments as required.
  • Perform basic security maintenance and triage functions.
  • Collect and analyze security data for internal reporting and program tracking.
  • Represent the Enterprise Security team during field operations and site engagements.
  • Assist in implementing recommendations from assessments and intelligence efforts.
  • Support the development and delivery of security training initiatives.
  • Participate in planning, designing, and executing security-related projects.
  • Conduct on-site reviews and inspections, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Plan, schedule, and conduct security drills.
  • Support risk mitigation and incident response efforts.
  • Assist in planning and executing executive and personnel protection activities.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with key partners, field personnel, service providers, and law enforcement.
Who you are : You have :
  • 2-4 years of experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related operational roles, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach and ability to complete tasks independently.
  • A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • You can :
  • Collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • Work in a team-oriented environment and contribute to cross-functional efforts.
  • You are :
  • An excellent communicator, confident and clear in verbal and written interactions.
  • Knowledgeable about applying risk-based security strategies in operational environments and familiar with relevant regulatory standards.
  • The following are assets :
  • Experience in industrial or infrastructure settings.
  • Knowledge of preventative maintenance of security systems and equipment.
  • Working Conditions :
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally, sometimes on short notice.
  • In excellent physical condition to handle high-stress situations.
  • Physical Requirements :

    Includes grasping, kneeling, lifting objects up to 20 pounds, reaching, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual and hearing requirements, and the ability to work at a computer for extended periods.

    Mental Requirements :

    Ability to understand and follow instructions, analyze complex problems, organize thoughts, prioritize work, make decisions with moderate impact, and communicate effectively.
