Reporting to the Associate Director, Program Delivery, the Executive Programs Administrative Support provides administrative support to EP’s central services and resources team and to other areas of Executive Programs, including Marketing Communications, EP Finance and the various portfolios of programs.
As a member of the Executive Program’s team, the Executive Programs Administrative Support must practice professionalism and sound judgment in all interactions while maintaininghigh service standards as defined by Executive Programs. The individual will abide by EPs and Rotman’s set of values in how the position interacts with clients, faculty and staff. A strong customer service orientation, highly developed organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, using sound judgment in prioritizing conflicting demands are also essential.
The Executive Programs Administrative Support must display tact and diplomacy in dealing with clients, participants, special guests, visitors, faculty, staff, and suppliers.
