Job Title : Part-Time Personal Assistant to Carter Vincentini

Location : Montreal, Quebec | Remote and In-person

  • MUST be located in MONTREAL

Hours : 10–15 hours / week (with flexibility)

About Carter Vincentini

Carter Vincentini is the founder of Versatile Agency — a multi-six-figure Real Estate marketing firm helping agents across North America scale their business through online marketing and paid ads. He is also the creator of the Off Campus Coaching program, mentoring agency owners and entrepreneurs on how to build and scale client-based businesses.

As Carter continues to expand both the agency and coaching brand, he’s looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Personal Assistant to help streamline operations, manage tasks, and create space for deeper focus and growth.

You’re highly organized, adaptable, tech-savvy, and a strong communicator. You can manage shifting priorities, handle sensitive information with discretion, and love creating order out of chaos. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy supporting a high-performing entrepreneur behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support :

  • Manage Carter’s calendar and coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments
  • Handle email inbox organization and light communication drafting
  • Assist with personal scheduling (travel bookings, reservations, appointments)
  • Project & Task Management :

  • Monitor to-do lists and ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Follow up with team members and clients when necessary
  • Help systematize and organize digital documents and SOPs
  • Social & Content Coordination :

  • Organize content ideas, scripts, and publishing timelines
  • Errands & Personal Tasks :

  • Assist with ordering equipment, software, or household items
  • Handle simple personal errands (can be done online)
  • Must-Have Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Trello, Zoom, and social media platforms
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently
  • Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working with entrepreneurs or creators
  • Familiarity with content creation workflows or digital marketing
  • Understanding of the Real Estate or coaching space (a bonus but not required)
