Summary
Program: Senior Leadership
Location: Kamloops, BC
Status: Full-Time
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday. Generally within the standard office hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexible hours to meet the program and operational needs.
Weekend on-call responsibility on a rotational basis as part of the after-hours emergency on-call team.
Reports to: Board of Directors
Compensation: $145,853–$162,757 annually with the full range up to $167,286 based on future progression
