Position Summary

As Office Administrator, you will be a vital part of our administrative team, supporting a basic HR function to promote a positive workplace aligned with our values. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about creating a dynamic and supportive work environment where every team member can thrive and contribute to our collective success. This position will be reporting directly to the Executive Management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment efforts by posting job ads, managing applications, and coordinating interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience reflective of our brand’s approachability and integrity.
  • Facilitate our onboarding and offboarding processes, helping new hires integrate smoothly into our culture of mutual support and respect.
  • Maintain accurate employee documentation and records, contributing to our operational excellence.
  • Provide administrative support for office functions, such as the social committee.
  • Run payroll and benefits administration, emphasizing clarity and transparency in all communications.
  • Support Finance Team to ensure deadlines are met such as creating packages for the Shareholders
  • Liaise with Operations team across the company to foster collaboration, communication, and seamless operation – direct management and communication with finance team
  • ·Other administrative projects from Executive Management team

Qualifications and Attributes

  • 1-2 years of experience in office administration
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously with a focus on details.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, with a knack for picking up new technologies that enhance our operational capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Successful completion of a cleared criminal background check is required.
