Job Details
  • Generating inquiries and finalizing orders, contract management, supporting sales and marketing functions, forecasting, and target setting.
  • Meeting customers and consultants to assess requirements, developing and increasing customer database.
  • Building customer relationships and managing post-order activities.
  • Collecting payments from customers as per accounts receivables and monitoring asset management.
  • Preparing and maintaining customer database, establishing product strategies based on market trends.
  • Identifying and maintaining rapport with key persons in major customer organizations, keeping customers informed about product developments and literature.
  • Conducting market surveys, understanding competitors, generating and attending new inquiries, preparing sales negotiation data sheets.
  • Preparing and submitting elevator proposals, tenders, attending pre-bid meetings, tender openings, and negotiations.
  • Making joint site visits with construction heads to meet customers and assess site conditions during sales processes.
  • Maintaining and updating MIS weekly.
  • Following up on proposals and tenders, negotiating, finalizing orders, and processing received orders.
  • Coordinating SIP meetings.
