YOUR MISSION :

Puma Indonesia is looking for a self-driven, motivated, and detail-oriented Operations person. Skilled in managing our 3PL for outbound and last mile delivery with extraordinary communication skills, strong attention to accuracy, and ability to work under pressure. Ability to manage daily business operations with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  1. Outbound (B2B & B2C):
    • Evaluate daily outbound capacity through coordination with sales, retail, and other relevant parties.
    • Evaluate warehouse daily picking, packing efficiency, and order accuracy.
    • Monitor warehouse order fulfillment, daily orders, delivery status, POD status in SharePoint, and maintain delivery reports.
  2. Inbound and Returns:
    • Work with inbound team and others to ensure inbound import and L4L arrivals at the warehouse.
    • Evaluate inbound capacity based on forecast and coordinate capacity improvements.
    • Ensure timely GR execution, monitor inbound receiving, and manage returns process and discrepancies.
  3. Inventory Management (B2B & B2C):
    • Ensure inventory accuracy and manage stock movements.
    • Resolve discrepancies and manage inventory adjustments.
  4. Last Mile Delivery (B2B & B2C):
    • Track truck availability, coordinate delivery schedules, and manage transporters.
    • Address delivery issues, late arrivals, and ensure POD returns.
  5. Reporting, Vendor Invoice Submission, and Support Tasks:
    • Prepare timely reports, conduct cross-functional reviews, organize POD documents, and support logistics activities.
    • Manage procurement, documentation, invoice creation, and follow-up for payments.
  6. Ad hoc:
    • Support warehouse projects and audit processes as needed.
YOUR TALENT :

Education : Bachelor Degree / Higher Diploma in Logistics or relevant studies

Professional : Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Logistics Operations

IT Skills : Microsoft Office, SAP or relevant ERP system

Language Skills : Fluency in English & Bahasa is required
