We are looking for a talented professional who will be primarily responsible for developing opportunities that support our growth objectives in the transportation sector. This strategic role focuses on modernizing business processes through AI optimization of existing transportation technologies, with a strong emphasis on opening markets in intelligent transportation systems (ITS), urban mobility, logistics, and public infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and deploy growth strategies aimed at achieving monthly targets for sales contacts and recurring revenue.
  • Drive growth in targeted sectors by developing a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Orchestrate the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, using CRM tools to maximize efficiency.
  • Skillfully navigate complex decision-making dynamics by engaging the right stakeholders at the right time.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 7-12 years of experience in complex B2B sales and / or strategic partnerships, ideally in SaaS, AI, or technology applied to transportation.
  • Strong experience in intelligent transportation systems (ITS), urban mobility, logistics, or public infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven track record in opening new markets and closing strategic partnerships, particularly with public or parapublic stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of RFP processes, public procurement, and the Ontario municipal and provincial ecosystem.
  • Established network with organizations like Metrolinx, TTC, OC Transpo, VIA Rail, CN, or major cities like Toronto, Ottawa, Mississauga.
