Responsibilities

• Leads strategic/operational planning, integration, implementation and delivery of a program/department/service.
• Collaborates to communicate program/department/service needs and outcomes.
• Ensures program/department/service operate within approved financial mandate; reviews budgets and financial plans.
• Oversees development of policies to support integration and standardization of health programs/services.
• Ensures standardization of practice, quality, safety and cost effectiveness for patient-centered care.
• Represents the program/department/service in health service communities and with government bodies.
• Implements performance management criteria for program and individual performance.
• Provides leadership to support well-being, safety, and professional development of staff.
• Liaises with Foundations to align Fraser Health priorities.
