  • Management experience with upscale casual or fine dining concepts
  • At least 5-7 years of Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef experience
  • Must have hands-on / high-volume experience
  • Professional attitude / system-oriented
  • Strong leadership skills : a role model for the team
  • Steady tenure, no more than 3 jobs in the last 5 yrs
  • Must be highly team-oriented and quality food-focused
