• Communicate between the Regional Department and Facility Members.
• Recommend appointment of practitioners and renew Medical Staff membership.
• Coordinate the programs operating within the Facility.
• Promote health and wellness amongst Members.
• Investigate complaints regarding care provided by Members.
• Encourage a healthy, respectful workplace.
• Review human resource requirements with the Regional Department Head.
• Contribute to the search for Regional Department vacancies.
• Conduct morbidity and mortality reviews.
