Job description

Reporting to Starlink Aviation's Assistant Director of Operations, your role as Executive Flight Assistant Coordinator will involve carrying out technical tasks in the same way as a company ambassador to customers.

This assistant role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Preparing transport logistics;
  • Organizing travel arrangements, including air and ground transportation;
  • Ensuring that hotel and catering services are arranged;
  • Making document requests to customers via email and telephone;
  • After flights, data entry, follow-up on invoices and purchase orders for supplier account closure;
  • Performing any other tasks deemed necessary by the flight coordination department.

Work schedule: 10-hour rotating shifts.

Qualifications:

  • Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status;
  • Eligibility to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC);
  • Bilingual in French and English;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
