Yet, it is also a community with a remarkable drive to connect and give. The North Grove is a vibrant community hub in Dartmouth North, where food, family, and friendship come together. Through their innovative family and community food programs, they provide services and spaces that support learning, growth, and connection. Your Role:

As Executive Director, you will inspire and empower the team to deliver impactful programs that enhance the well-being of our community. Your leadership will be essential in implementing the strategic plan set forth by the Board, ensuring the initiatives resonate with the needs of those that are served. You'll also:

1. Lead and nurture a high-performing team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
2. Oversee all aspects of staff management, from recruitment to professional development, ensuring that everyone at The North Grove thrives in their role.
3. Cultivate meaningful partnerships with government, donors, community groups, and other collaborators to amplify our reach and impact.
4. Drive the creation of an annual business plan and budget, ensuring their financial and operational goals are aligned with their mission.
5. Develop and track key performance metrics to measure the success of our programs and overall organization, ensuring they deliver on both financial and non-financial goals.
