Job summary

Tennis Montréal is seeking an Executive Director to lead the organization in Montreal, overseeing strategic development, program delivery, financial stewardship, and stakeholder engagement across municipal, community, and private partners. Qualifications

Experience leading a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
Experience working with a board of directors and governing bodies.
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans and programs.
Strong fundraising, partnerships, and revenue development capabilities.
Fluent in French with good working knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership for Tennis Montréal and the TME Academy.
Oversee all activities and ensure rigorous execution of programs and projects.
Develop revenue streams, partnerships, and external relationships with municipal and community actors.
Represent Tennis Montréal to partners, government bodies, and the wider tennis ecosystem.
