Job summary

The Vimy Foundation seeks an Executive Director to lead a national charity based in Montreal, with hybrid work arrangements, starting in early 2027. You will drive a compelling vision for Vimy 110, steward relationships with government and donors, and guide a small team to advance remembrance and education initiatives.

You are bilingual, experienced in fundraising and leadership, and passionate about shaping the Foundation's future while engaging with diverse partners across Canada and beyond.

Qualifications

• You are bilingual and have experience leading a charitable, cultural, public‑sector or military organization.
• You are equally comfortable engaging with an ambassador or a young volunteer.
• You bring fundraising experience or the drive and determination to build that expertise.
• Above all, the Vimy story resonates with you, and you are eager to help shape its future.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic execution for Vimy 110 and future growth.
• Communicate with Veterans Affairs Canada, diplomats, regiments and donors.
• Manage a small team with volunteers in Montreal, in a hybrid setting.
