The successful candidate will manage relationships with Investment Advisors and regional leadership teams, acting as a strategic partner in advisor development, succession planning, recruiting, and practice optimization. This is a people-leadership role that requires strong business acumen, excellent stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives. The successful candidate will act as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership and manage the team like a business ? accountable for outcomes, colleague engagement, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end execution of national programs for advisor recruitment, succession planning, and team formation.Provide strategic support to field leadership and Branch Managers on talent acquisition, offer structuring, and advisor onboarding.Develop and maintain a robust succession planning framework for advisors nearing retirement.Design and implement scalable programs, resources, and tools to improve advisor effectiveness, client experience, and practice growth.Identify future leaders and design career development paths that ensure continuity and long-term growth.Partner with Investment Advisors and Branch Managers to provide consultative support on succession planning, practice evolution, and strategic partnerships.Drive recruiting strategies by equipping Branch Managers with tools and consultation to attract top-tier advisor talent.Foster strong cross-functional relationships with OneTD Partners, Compliance, HR, and other key stakeholders.Champion colleague experience, coach team members, and create a culture of ownership and performance.Work closely with compliance, marketing, technology, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions for advisors and branches.Take a comprehensive view of branch operations, integrating elements such as client experience, a
