The Strategic Business Transformation Team (SBT), under the CFO, supports Bell's corporate-wide initiatives. The Senior Manager will lead complex cross-functional projects, including process optimization, automation, AI integration, affiliate integration, and support model evolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support strategic transformation initiatives from ideation to execution.
  • Analyze business challenges and develop strategies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Leverage automation, AI, and best practices to enhance processes.
  • Manage integration of new affiliates aligning with corporate standards.
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and Operations teams.
  • Develop business cases, project plans, and presentations for leadership.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years in business transformation, consulting, or strategy.
  • Proven success in leading complex projects.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies and digital tools.
Additional Requirements
  • English proficiency; French preferred for Quebec positions.
  • Experience in telecommunications and change management frameworks is a plus.
