Your Opportunity: Assisted Living Alberta (ALA) is seeking a dynamic and strategic Executive Director, Finance to help shape the future of continuing care in the province. This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking, innovative organization at a pivotal moment of transformation where your leadership will directly influence the financial sustainability and operational excellence of a vital public service.

As a senior financial leader with a strong background in public sector finance, you bring expertise in managing complex budgets, navigating regulatory frameworks, and driving performance in large-scale organizations. This system includes both Continuing Care and Home & Community Care and is focused on providing wraparound supports to ensure all Albertans can access the care they need, when and where they need it – regardless of age, diagnosis, or duration of need.

ALA’s mission is to enable Albertans to live and age with dignity in environments that best support their health, independence, and well-being.
