What You’ll Be Doing

This role focuses on building strong partnerships with Investment Advisors in Quebec, acting in an Investment Advisor recruiting capacity. Responsibilities include finding high-quality candidates, coaching for complex client needs, leading business development initiatives, and monitoring market trends. The position involves collaboration with regional leadership to generate new opportunities and support growth.

How You’ll Succeed
  • Relationship Building: Develop relationships with regional managers, build talent pipelines, and promote CIBC’s culture.
  • Business Development: Coordinate campaigns, enhance brand awareness, and drive initiatives with the Regional Director.
  • Prospecting: Maintain a prospect pipeline, identify opportunities, and leverage networks.
  • Leadership: Coach Investment Advisors and promote cross-divisional expertise.
  • Compliance: Maintain knowledge of CIBC’s offerings and adhere to policies.
