Job summary

Bayview Glen seeks an accomplished Executive Director of Advancement & External Relations to provide strategic leadership across advancement, enrollment management and communications. The role partners with the Head of School and Board to advance fundraising targets, strengthen community ties and drive enrollment and retention for Preschool through Grade 12.

The successful candidate will lead a team, influence senior stakeholders and develop innovative strategies to support the school's mission

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of leadership in Advancement and/or Enrollment Management.
  • Experience with fundraising, alumni relations and enrollment strategies.
  • Strong communication, strategic thinking and confidentiality.
  • CAIS Leadership Institute and CFRE certification would be an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive advancement plan, including giving, endowments, campaigns and events.
  • Cultivate and steward relationships with donors, alumni, parents and stakeholders.
  • Oversee Enrollment Management and Admissions strategy, recruitment and enrollment decisions.
  • Provide leadership for Communications and Marketing and align with School priorities.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership and Board on priorities and reporting.
