Job description

The Executive Director will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the organization, leadership of staff and contractors, and execution of strategic goals set by the Board. You will oversee operations, financial management, stakeholder relations, and project development while advancing LCAHS’s mission to provide accessible, inclusive housing solutions.

The Lower Columbia Affordable Housing Society is seeking a collaborative, entrepreneurial leader with experience in nonprofit management, affordable housing, or community development. Strong communication, strategic planning, and financial oversight skills are essential. You should be comfortable working with diverse stakeholders, including funders, local and senior levels of government, and community partners.

Experience: Minimum of five years of senior management experience in affordable housing, community development, or a related sector. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, financial management, and staff supervision is essential.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, public administration, non-profit administration, urban planning, social work, or a related field.
