Now Hiring : Executive Director | Employment Hamilton

Employment Hamilton is seeking a strategic and compassionate Executive Director to lead our organization in delivering high-quality employment and training services to the community.

The successful candidate will be an experienced nonprofit leader with :

• Strong financial and operational management skills
• A collaborative, people-focused leadership approach
• In-depth knowledge of employment services and community support systems
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with funders and stakeholders

Key responsibilities include :

• Leading the organization’s strategic direction and day-to-day operations
• Overseeing staff management and program delivery
• Administering budgets, funding agreements, and financial planning
• Developing strong community partnerships and ensuring client satisfaction

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hamilton.

Salary range : $80,000–$90,000 annually, with a comprehensive, employer-paid benefits package after four months.
