Alberta Artistic Swimming is looking for a dynamic, strategic, and community-minded leader to join our team as our next Executive Director.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow artistic swimming across Alberta. As the senior staff leader and chief administrative officer of Alberta Artistic Swimming, the Executive Director will work closely with our Board of Directors, staff, Member Clubs, coaches, volunteers, partners, and the broader sport community.

We're looking for someone with progressive leadership experience, strong strategic and financial management skills, and a genuine passion for community sport. Experience in the non-profit, sport, or membership-based sector is an asset.
Location: Hybrid, with an office in Edmonton. A remote arrangement may be considered for the right candidate.
Position: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada and hold a valid driver's licence.
