A leading global healthcare organization is seeking an Executive Coordinator to provide senior-level administrative support and contribute to project management. This role requires 3+ years of experience in a similar position, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The successful candidate will manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and support project initiatives on a hybrid schedule. Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
This position follows a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week. Our office is located at Cambie Rd. #, Richmond, BC V6X 3G5.

The Executive Coordinator is responsible for providing senior-level administrative support while also contributing to project coordination and light project management activities to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
This position is full time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
We offer 4 weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be aligned with your schedule.

Canada Residents Only: The hourly range for Canada residents is $19.38 to $40.24 per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
