Executive Chef – Cumberland County, Nova Scotia – Up to $130k + Relocation

Our client, a stunning oceanfront resort known for its refined guest experiences, is seeking an Executive Chef to lead its culinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee diverse dining outlets and deliver exceptional cuisine in a luxury setting. If you're passionate about high-quality ingredients, team leadership, and creating memorable moments through food, this role offers the perfect opportunity.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Senior or Executive Chef in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
  • Strong foundation in culinary arts, supported by formal training from an accredited institution.
  • Deep understanding of food and beverage operations, including current culinary trends, practices, and procedures.
  • Solid background in team leadership, kitchen operations, and business administration, with at least five years in progressively senior culinary roles.
