Responsibilities :

• Overseeing and impacting operations and ensuring compliance with company standards
• Leading, training, and developing hourly and salary team members
• Managing kitchen inventory and purchasing
• Cleanliness, facility up-keep and ensuring food handling safety
• Managing revenue and overseeing expenses and financial reporting

The ideal Executive Chef :

• 5+ years kitchen / restaurant experience.
• 2-3 years’ experience overseeing the culinary operations of a high-volume restaurant
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
