We’re hiring: Head Executive Chef. Join our fast-paced, trendy and popular restaurant as the Head Executive Chef. We’re looking for a bold, creative leader to take the reins of our kitchen, working alongside an amazing, experienced BOH team that’s already firing on all cylinders. Bring your vision, passion, and leadership — and help us take things to the next level.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to food safety standards.
  • Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends.
  • Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food handling practices, and restaurant management skills.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage food costs effectively.
  • Lead by example in demonstrating leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and creativity within the kitchen.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef within the food industry.
