Job description

Executive Camp Director / Associate Minister

Seeking an executive camp director and associate minister to serve at The Camp at Findley and Findley Lake Church. This role consists of two half time roles, includes housing, and other benefits.

Associate Minister Responsibilities:
* Assist lead Pastor with preaching (2-4 times per year), pastoral care, and discipleship
* Plan and lead mission trips, retreats, and 7th-12th grade youth group
* Participate in worship planning

Executive Director Responsibilities:
* Oversees leadership, strategic direction, and of the camp while managing the staff, finances, programs, facilities and risk management.

Qualifications:
* A growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a calling to Christian Ministry
* A bachelor's degree in related fields including coursework in theology and Biblical studies.
* Strong management, organizational, and communication skills.
* Self-motivated and well versed in time management.
* Maintains residency on The Camp at Findley campus.
