Job Description

The role of Executive Assistant is to provide administrative support to the Vice President of Finance, CFO & Head of B2B Relations, as well as to the members of his team.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar, meetings, and business travels.
  • Manage expense accounts and oversee Expense and Automobile Policies.
  • Create purchase orders and handle related invoicing.
  • Manage supplier accounts.
  • Oversee the automobile fleet and related matters for executives.
  • Act as the contact person for corporate insurance (e.g., purchase orders, invoicing, payments).
  • Coordinate with external and internal audits involving finance.
  • Write, translate documents, and create PowerPoint presentations.

What you’ll bring to the role :

  • Minimum 7 years' experience as an executive assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced intermediate).
  • Fluency in oral and written French is mandatory; fluency in English is also required for communication with international contacts.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, dynamism, positive energy, and a good sense of humor.
  • Versatility, adaptability, organizational and prioritization skills, with attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Initiative, autonomy, proactive attitude, and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Clear, concise communication skills and ability to synthesize information.
  • Promotes teamwork and collaboration.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
  • Experience in a large, national, or global company is an asset, as is knowledge of SAP.
