The Role : What You’ll Do
As the Executive Assistant (EA) to our CEO, you will act as a force multiplier for the CEO, helping streamline communication across teams, coordinate schedules, and ensure the CEO’s time is focused on the highest-priority activities.
This isn’t just about scheduling meetings (although you’ll do that too). It's a high-trust, high-impact position for someone who can think critically, move quickly, and manage competing priorities with professionalism and discretion.

Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule, travel, and day-to-day prioritiesTrack and follow up on key tasks, conversations, and strategic initiativesServe as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal / external stakeholdersPrepare reports, presentations, memos, and other executive communicationsOrganize and support high-level meetings : agendas, minutes, follow-upsHandle confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion and careAssist with personal and business admin tasks to ensure maximum focus and productivitySupport special projects, business development, and franchisee onboardingMust-Have Skills & Experience
3+ years in an Executive Assistant or high-level administrative roleExcellent communication skills : written, verbal, and interpersonalComfortable using AI tools to boost productivity (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, scheduling assistants) : you leverage technology to move faster, not slower.Proven ability to manage competing priorities under pressure with grace and efficiencyHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to think 3 steps aheadProficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Zoom / Meet, and project / task management toolsStrong sense of judgment, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive informationNice to Have :
