We’re looking for an exceptionally organized, proactive, and detail-driven Executive Assistant to support a top real estate broker in Markham. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves bringing structure to chaos, and takes pride in being the steady hand behind a high-performance business, this might be the perfect role for you.
As the Executive Assistant, you’ll be the right hand to the broker—managing operations behind the scenes so they can stay focused on growth, strategy, and client success. From inbox management to co-ordinating appointments, booking vendors (such as Home Cleaners, Movers etc.), client communication, and organizing key systems, your work will directly impact the momentum of the business.
You’ll wear many hats, but your main priority is ensuring that everything runs smoothly, professionally, and with a high level of care.
