How you'll contribute :

  • Provide executive support for the Global CFO and Core finance function. This role will not just
  • cover traditional Executive support but also include a number of key tasks that are integral to
  • the continued success of Finance and the growth of the Company.
  • Acting as gatekeeper to the Toronto-based CFO – Diary & Email Management, Co-ordinating
  • various complex meetings with senior staff and key stakeholders at all levels (C-Suite and
  • Senior Management, Directors, Internal and Parent Finance Staff and External counterparties.
  • Provide 1-1 support to the CFO in delivering the Company's overall strategic objectives –
  • assisting with recurring and ad-hoc meetings, keeping agenda, minutes and action points,
  • support monthly reporting, Board materials and various other Finance / Corporate
  • assignments. This will mean working closely and coordinating with the Global Finance teams
  • in London, Europe, New York, and Toronto.
  • Provide light diary support for senior CFO report-To's and coordinate diaries with CFO.
  • Manage Expenses – prompt and comprehensive completion of Expense Reports.
  • Global Business Travel support, including :
  • Facilitating Booking of travel, hotel arrangements and transfers for Business trips /
  • events. (including senior Finance report-To's)
  • Organize and Schedule meetings and trip itinerary.
  • Manage travel profiles - Identify any visa requirements, changing travel conditions.
  • Co-ordinating and working within the events team for corporate Acrisure Re events.
  • Finance support, including :
  • Maintain electronic filing system, ensuring folders are kept up to date and organized.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings, and take minutes during
  • internal / external meetings where required.
  • Priorities and manage multiple projects / deliverables / deadlines simultaneously and
  • follow-up with counterparts on open issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist with organizing board materials and delivery to Co-Sec or other stakeholder(s).
  • Work closely with local and international EA and PA group to promote and coordinate
  • finance activities and meetings.
