Executive Assistant to CEO (Management Position)

Position: Executive Assistant to the CEO (This is a mid-management level role, not just administrative)

Starting Compensation Includes:

  • Base salary to be determined after interviews, in the range of $50,000–$80,000, based on experience and qualifications
  • Monthly & seasonal bonuses based on performance and KPIs
  • Full dental and health insurance benefits
  • Up to 30% annual salary increase, depending on performance
  • Potential stock options

Position Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma
  • Minimum two years of business management experience preferred
  • Fluent English; bilingual candidates (French, Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Japanese) highly valued
  • Willingness to travel frequently for business expos and trips outside Toronto (expenses covered)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing tools (Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, After Effects)
  • Familiarity with AI tools
  • Basic understanding of franchise development and management
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work remotely when needed
  • Professional, positive attitude at all times
  • Interpersonal skills; management experience is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment
  • Decision-making skills and flexibility to support administrative tasks such as sourcing, project management, accounting, and recruitment
