Executive Assistant to CEO & Leadership Team

In-Office/Hybrid | Full-Time | $45,000–$55,000/year

We’re a world-class creative agency for exceptional Real Estate and Consumer Goods brands. We operate using the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) to run efficiently, stay focused, and execute with clarity.

We’re looking for a reliable, organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly detail-oriented, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Your Role

As Executive Assistant, you’ll play a critical part in helping the CEO by taking ownership of email communications, calendar management, day-to-day administrative tasks, and coordination. You’ll also assist with occasional office-related tasks and internal projects to support the team.

What You’ll Do

CEO Support (Primary Focus):

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar/schedule, email, and travel logistics
  • Keep inboxes organized and assist with prioritizing communication
  • Support with client follow-ups, proposal formatting, and CRM updates
  • Prepare materials or research for sales calls and meetings
  • Track to-dos and reminders to keep things moving forward
  • Managing personal tasks to free up time

Leadership & Team Support (As Needed):

  • Help coordinate logistics for client visits, team events, or special projects
  • Provide support around the office environment when needed (supplies, guests, coordination)

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in an executive assistant, office coordinator, or admin support role
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Friendly, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs), Slack, DocuSign (or similar), and ASANA (or similar)is a bonus
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  • A helpful problem solver, with a can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed
  • Familiarity with the EOS model is a plus, but not required
