We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner, handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, enabling the CEO to focus on high-priority initiatives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel (both domestic and international)
- Act as a gatekeeper and primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and organize documents for meetings, presentations, and reports
- Attend meetings as requested, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements and itineraries, including accommodation and transportation
- Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including email, phone calls, and mail
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist in the preparation and review of communications, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO
- Liaise with senior leadership and support strategic initiatives and projects as needed
- Anticipate the needs of the CEO and act accordingly
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace)
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful, with a strong sense of ownership
