Executive Assistant to High-Profile Creator

Location: Windsor, ON, Canada or Detroit, MI, USA

Full-Time (Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly organized, positive, and reliable Executive Assistant to support a globally recognized content creator and mental health advocate—a Canadian-born influencer with millions of followers across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, positive, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You’ll be involved in both personal and professional support, with the opportunity to travel and contribute to meaningful content that impacts lives around the world.

This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is comfortable with both virtual and in-person responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive and personal support including scheduling, travel coordination, and booking appointments (e.g., flights, meetings, brand collaborations etc.)
  • Attend and take notes in virtual & in-person meetings
  • Manage and respond to emails and communications on behalf of the Creator & their Talent Manager
  • Run personal and professional errands as needed
  • Assist with basic social media management and influencer-related logistics
  • Travel 2–3 times per month as required (must be available some weekends when traveling. Travel times may vary depending on their schedule)
  • Pick-ups/drop-offs and in-person support (must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle)
  • Coordinate between team members, management, and partners, both virtually and in person

Requirements:

MUST HAVE:

  • Based in or willing to commute to Windsor, ON
  • Valid passport
  • Must have previous experience as a personal or executive assistant
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, with flexibility for weekend travel when needed
  • Must be comfortable with personal support tasks
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude and professional demeanour

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrator or related field is preferred
  • Social media or influencer industry experience is a plus
  • Able to fly out of Detroit Metro Airport or surrounding Ontario Airports
  • Eligible to work in Canada (we are also open to hiring a U.S. employee)
