ENERCON is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide essential support for its leadership team. This crucial role involves managing calendars, organizing meetings, and drafting correspondence in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to navigate a fast-paced administrative role while maintaining professionalism and discretion.

ENERCON is seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team. This key position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of executive-level activities by providing high-quality administrative and logistical support. The ideal candidate demonstrates discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension and offers a hybrid work model allowing flexibility between working from home and our office.
