StepStones for Youth (www.stepstonesforyouth.com) is an innovative and dynamic charitable organization in Toronto dedicated to providing intervention and sustainable support for children and youth. Many of these youth are exiting the foster care and group home system or are currently living in foster homes and shelters.

Our goal is to create positive and meaningful connections; increase school engagement, high school graduation, and post-secondary enrollment; and increase stable housing, improved mental and physical health, and strong support networks. StepStones adheres to a “whatever it takes” approach to servicing youth and we go above and beyond to support their needs.

The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting the leadership team and ensuring the efficient operation of our charity's activities. This multifaceted position encompasses administrative support, event coordination, donor relations, and program assistance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. They should possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and take initiative. The Executive Assistant will work closely with the Executive Director, staff, donors, and volunteers to help advance our mission of empowering young people from the child welfare system and making a positive difference in their lives.
