What to Expect:
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to the Vice President of Information Technology (IT) in a part-time hybrid role. This position requires on-site presence three days per week at our North York office, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days.
You’ll be instrumental in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication abilities and maintain a high level of professionalism while supporting executive-level operations.
