Executive Assistant / Operations Lead
Location: Calgary | Full-Time | In-Office

Are you a highly organized professional with a background in executive assistance, operations, or project coordination? We’re working with a growing firm in search of an exceptional individual to support their executive and operational functions. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team during an exciting phase of growth.

About the Role:
This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative, organizational, and operational experience—particularly within an insurance setting. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to streamline operations, coordinate cross-functional projects, and provide executive-level support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide proactive executive support to senior leadership, managing schedules, priorities, and communications.

Coordinate workflow and ensure alignment across multiple departments.

Lead and support project administration, ensuring tasks and deadlines are tracked and met.

Manage data across multiple platforms (experience with EPIC is a strong asset).

Oversee event planning and execution—including budgeting, scheduling, and logistics.

Support operational initiatives including internal processes, reporting, and general office management.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience in an executive assistant, operations coordinator, or project administration role.

Background in the insurance industry.

Previous account managers with office/operations experience who are looking to pivot away from client management are encouraged to apply.

Comfortable navigating multiple platforms and juggling competing priorities.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
