Ensures all administrative and operational processes and standards are followed, while seeking opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Provides expertise and advice on strategic initiatives and manages relationships with stakeholders.
  • Builds effective internal and external relationships.
  • Analyzes data to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Prepares reports and dashboards.
  • Coordinates department events and supports senior management.
  • Uses systems to manage information and streamline processes.
  • Supports administrative programs and monitors budgets.
  • Mentors junior administrative staff.
  • Manages calendars, meetings, and department communications.
  • Maintains filing systems and documentation.
  • Prepares and distributes communications and handles inquiries.
  • Processes invoices, expense claims, and travel arrangements.
  • Liaises with vendors and manages office facilities and supplies.
