Key activities

  • Executive Support :

Liaising with internal and external contacts on behalf of President and / or Senior Leadership team members to coordinate meetings, respond to any incoming correspondence and facilitate special projects as required.

  • Preparing correspondence (presentations, reports, etc.) for internal and external meetings.
  • Coordinating all travel arrangements.
  • Preparing expense report reconciliations.
  • Coordinating certificates of insurance.
  • Office Management :

Managing office planning.

  • Ordering office supplies.
  • Distributing mail and general voicemail message.
  • Preparing waybills and FDA documentation.
  • Coordinating company vehicule usage.
  • Administering company fob program.

Required training and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration and / or relevant business experience.
  • 5-7 years of general office experience (executive support preferred).
  • Excels in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
