Sagard Holdings Inc., a multi-strategy alternative asset manager, is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leaders in Toronto. This role involves managing daily operations, enhancing workflows, and ensuring seamless execution in a dynamic environment. The Executive Assistant will provide exceptional support to senior leaders, including the Chief Operating Officer, Global Capital Formation, and the Managing Director, Head of North America, Capital Formation, from our New York office. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support—it is a critical enabler of executive effectiveness. The successful candidate will proactively manage day-to-day operations, challenge and improve existing workflows, and build processes aligned with our business values. They will play a key role in fostering a productive and professional environment, ensuring seamless execution and a positive experience for both internal and external stakeholders. Sagard follows a hybrid work model.
